I have used mysteryguestinc.com . They are ligitimate. I did shopping for the Olive Garden restaurant. They paid me for the meal and about $25.00 Canadian each time. I also am with a reasearch company at consumerresearch.ca. I did an hour and a half focus group last night and was paid $60.00. It should not have to cost you to sign up. I will watch this post and see if you get other good suggestions.
Good luck. Its a lot of fun.

Cindy S, Yes "Mystery Shopper" is real.Iam a demenstrator at various stores and the fear has been put into our minds that,"Yes Mystery Shoppers",will be around sometime just to see how your performance is.As for making "quick cash"???Do you want to be spying on people trying to make a living? Also it will cost gas money going store to store to spy, that will come out of your,"quick cash"!!!Consider all the Pro's & Con's before you try to make all this "quick cash".Looking forward to seeing you someday!(as a "Mystery Shopper" that is)!
