in wisconsin if i work at a gas station and have an average of 35 or more hours a week am i entitled to overtime pay if i work labor day for 8 hours and my total hours that week are 39?

The problem is that they need two cards that have a picture of you. I have my school id and i just need one more. I dont have the California Id. I want to know if theres anything else i can use besides the california Id.

I plan to take people to airport in the evening and weekend. After what level of income I should report this to IRS? Do I need to register as small business? If I have to give recepits for the payment I receive, what details the receipt should have? Are ready made receipts available in the market ?

What do you think about a business to help new moms maintain their well being by helping to clean up, cook dinner, and/or watch the infant in their home for an hour or 2 so she can take a nap? Kind of like a grandma role? Let me know what you think and if you'd use it. Thanks in advance!

I am normal person with high grade thinking for business and want to start IT service industry at small scale, but not getting the right guru under whom I can learn things. I am planning to start an IT service and take up outsourced jobs.
Please help me builing a base for my business. I am really in panic and want to start somthing but with right guidance. Lack money but if I am shown a right path, I believe that I can build-up that too.

I want to do a purse with special things on it, and no one has it anywhere (and sorry don't want to give it out for fear of copycat) and was wondering do I HAVE to HAVE a patent, and license. It would be a purse for making life easiter and convenient. No special names, or trademarks or logos necessary.

A friend and I have both recently lost a parent. Reunions near the end were very special and meaningful, but hard to pull off.

My friend is an RN and I was a counselor (before kids) and she and I were talking about a business that would not only arrange these reunions or other special trips/events, but could help with talking about death and understanding doctor's visits, etc.

I've been searching for such businesses to get ideas about drawing up a business plan and marketing and am finding nothing. Am I searching the wrong way, or is this truly a new idea?

or say a Companies name in a book or in a website?, htmlgoodies says NO for a website in their book from 1998 but im not sure if laws have past since then, even if it is free advice and helpful would someone need permission? even in a story book making profilt off the book not the site itself..to me that would helping that Company, or still would a permission be wise?

I really am somewhat committed to this idea of opening a microbrewery/restaurant. What do i have to do to learn about brewing beer. Is there an age you have to be to brew beer? What types of licenses would I need? How much money would it cost to start up. How would I go about starting up such a business. I'm only 17 but am dedicated to this idea. Any input would be great.
