Hi All,
I am normal person with high grade thinking for business and want to start IT service industry at small scale, but not getting the right guru under whom I can learn things. I am planning to start an IT service and take up outsourced jobs.
Please help me builing a base for my business. I am really in panic and want to start somthing but with right guidance. Lack money but if I am shown a right path, I believe that I can build-up that too.

Take a shot at government contracting/subcontracting. The foreign scabs working for the H1-B farms make it difficult to compete outside the government sector.

You did Not mention schooling .
That is where the 'gurus' are .
Even if you can't afford tuition , you could go audit classes until you find someone you feel is viable ,
Although , unless you are a student , they may not be too motivated to work with you .
Audit until you find some , then enroll for a few classes .
