I really am somewhat committed to this idea of opening a microbrewery/restaurant. What do i have to do to learn about brewing beer. Is there an age you have to be to brew beer? What types of licenses would I need? How much money would it cost to start up. How would I go about starting up such a business. I'm only 17 but am dedicated to this idea. Any input would be great. I plan to open up in upscale area of the suburbs of Philadelphia.

The best thing to do is go work for a micro brewery. But, you won't be able to until you're 21.

Of course, you could start small by doing some homebrewing.
