i would make it as clear as day that i was not looking for a relationship but was looking for a loan to invest in a mcdonalds franchise
and i would pay them back with a 10% or 15% intrest rate

I think your chances are better if you recosider in opening a Subway. You would probably at least need 1 million dollars for one McDonalds and it would be a losey location as well. McDoanlds will put you through the ringer because they want their investment back tenfold. The background and credit checks will be very intensive.
