I have 13 years in Broadcast management experience. I am computer proficient, and am great at promotions, project management, script writing, ad layout and design for print, voice work, production and etc. Just need a little advice (outside the box) for marketability.

You've already got a head start, so just create web presence for marketability so that others can listen to your work who would otherwise be too far away.
E mailing your work (web site) to prospective buyers is fast and it also creates more referrals which can create your reach from coast to coast.

Your best bet would be to find freelance work in the areas you have experience in. You have a lot of valuable experience, and after 13 years probably have lots of contacts too. For voice work you'd probably need an in-home studio which could get expensive, but many of the other areas shouldn't take much cash investment.
Stay away from the internet "jobs" that people will probably tout to you here - essentially all of them are scams.

Wow! You shouldn't have any problems finding something. I have to say it is a little intimidating. You might be interested in the company that I work for. It's not "easy" money, but it can't be to hard because I do it! And judging from what you have written about yourself, you wouldn't have a hard time being successful with it.
