I sent $3K for a down payment to purchase vending machines and locations to a vending business. I never received my machines and the locations were not in my area so I asked for my refund. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at the company. I made a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I also made a complaint about the company to the finance company they use and the Finance company can't get a hold of anyone either. I don't know what else to do if I can't get a hold of anyone.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help.
Thank you!

My employer sends the collection bucket round when we're running out of loo paper, don't they have a legal responsibility under the offices and factories act to supply such a basic requirement?

Me have family member that is started indian restaurant. He is one of five partners. Each initially invested 20,000 pounds, but it went to £40,000 for everything including doing up the place. The restaurant is quite large. If you are from the Sheffield area its similar to Kebabish at the Wicker innit. Anyways, its quite large restaurant with good number of tables and they do grilling etc in front of you and as opposed to kebabish menu they do more specialties.

Anyways, I dont know how much they make per week, but to me. I aint no business person, Im just a teacher, but I thinks that 5 total partners seems alot innit. I mean is this usual. Are there any business people out there who. This is totaley out of interest only. He is distance releative and me just curios.

Anyways please be as honest as possible.

If so, how stressful was it and how successful was it? Any tips for doing this would be very much appreciated.

(I live in Dublin and am planning on opening an after-school tuition centre giving extra classes to secondary school students).

I want to sell some items on Ebay. I have no problem charging it because we have Paypal. My only concern is shipping rates. I read their tips on shipping charges but they all sound Greek to me. It's quite confusing and entails a lot of instructions. I need to know the simple rules of determining the "shipping & handling costs" . I am selling sandals, shoes and shirts

Salaried employee for an LLC. Traveling out of state for work related business for 5 days. Should I be paid a per diem or have meals refunded? They are paying for my hotel, but I am not sure about the per diem, and am uncertain how to bring up the issue.

Is there a reasonable expectation to receive a per diem in this situation? Is there some sort of legal right to a per diem or food refund? Company is based in California, I'm flying out of state.

We are two and a half years in, not making anything, but paying all our bills. It is a neighborhood bar in a small city, in the downtown core, not in suburbia or near where all the chains are. Our numbers are on the increase, albeit, slowly.

I have always desired to have self-employed someday. Whenever I see people who are self-employed, I become more inspired everytime. For any of you who are self-employed, how did you get your start in the business? Did any of you start off working for someone else then later on progressed into having your own business? How is your business going now that you call the shots?

I recently decided to take a huge leap into the computer repair / internet cafe business. I have a retail location and i am in the process of setting things up. But for the life of me i cannot find where to get decent Furniture (more or less desk or cubicle type structure) but not no awful looking fold out table. Some decent comfortable semi enclosure type furniture. One that can hold a comp and monitor or hide the comp and just hold in view the monitor and keyboard. PLEASE HELP!! I suppose to have a grand opening in a little more than two weeks!!!

I found two listed on line. One was St Sebastian and the other was Boscos. I applied for info from both quite a bit ago and havent heard anything, so Im assuming that they dont take enquiries all that serious. So any ideas beyond those two would be greatly appreciated.
