You'd have to look it up on a medical research site. I know that they do this because I was actually looking into doing it. I know that it is legal to sell your body parts in the United States because they allow you to sell eggs if your a woman and actually become a surrogate. You can also "sell" your body to science and become a human guinea pig. If you are looking to do this and are serious about it, inquire at a school. Such as UC Davis. These schools are able to perform more surgeries than you could imagine and are doing them routinely with success.

Only third world nations still tolerate this practice. Anywhere in the developed world, it is highly illegal. Besides, you want to give up HALF your liver on the chance that it will regenerate as needed ?????

OH, also...
1 out of every 100 people die during liver operations.
I'd think about that.
and they don't do it in the USA.

HAHAHAHAHA
half of your liver.
That way, you'd be a living donor...
HOWEVER..
It's very serious and you should definately think about it, not just the money
and you could also die..
