how is that person considered? I know is not an employee, is he an independent contractor, just a service provider? is there any tax form I have to fill out for him?

Specifically I want to find out how much other subcontractors are getting for installing siding, etc. and update what we charge. Since most around here won't discuss it,(small town )or lie about it I have no idea if we're getting the shaft or not.

I would like to start a small clothing boutique. I am currently attending college and have a full time job so I would like to start it out on the internet and hopefull one day move into a real location. I would like to sell western wear and have a couple of brands I am intreseted in selling. My problem is I am not sure where to start and the best way to go about it. If anyone who has started there own business could give me some insight on how they went about it I would surely appreciate it. Thank You.

I heard there are thousands of websites which offer home jobs like data entry , advertisements and all other kinds of works and even there are websites that pay for reading ads on internet . I’m interviewing for an analyst job with this event planning company. The director (she’s also the owner) scheduled the interview to take place at a local Starbucks. I have never had an interview offsite before and I’m a little nervous. Any tips? I don’t drink coffee (I hate coffee actually). Should I order tea? Should I order anything at all? She told me to dress casual. I’m freaking out, not sure why…. since I’ve had many interviews in the past. But all of them were on-site, formal etc.
