My employer sends the collection bucket round when we're running out of loo paper, don't they have a legal responsibility under the offices and factories act to supply such a basic requirement?

In the UK it is a legal requirement for the employer to provide toilet paper in a dispenser or holder. also to provide soap and handrying systems (paper or air)

listen buddy your lucky you have a job with a toilet . in china there is a plank with holes in it with another hole in the ground under the plank for factory workers - with this kind of global competition today what kind of rights do you really have ? none - you probably want weekends off to see your family - sheesh!LOL

That's unbelievable, what can i say it's not right, PS do you work in an office , shop or factory, i would ask my union for advice or ACAS if in UK

Yes, they do. By law they need to provide you with adequate toilet and hand washing facilities, as well as supply you with drinking water.
