Not sure if i get what you asking ... maybe the seller will not post outside australia and any bid from those registered outside australia gets automatically blocked?
If you want to buy for it to be sent to someone inside Australia why not contact the seller and explain?
If they won't post outside australia and you want it posted to scotland it could different story though. They might just say no.

Some-one at the address in Adelaide (where you want to package to be sent) has to place the Bid (and win the auction)

Criminals are stealing user ID's (and PayPal passwords) and using those stolen details to win auctions and pay for items .. plainly the criminal then wants to receive the goods.

One way to to prevent this is to restrict delivery to the actual account owners address = this makes it difficult for the criminals to obtain the goods and thus discourages them ..

eBay Australia (and New Zealand) in particular seem to have been 'targeted' by foreign criminal gangs (perhaps because they have a good parcel postal service to Nigeria ?)

Hi Cavetroy, I live in Adelaide, Australia. If what you are doing isn't criminal, I'm happy to help forwarding an item from ebay (can't you get it anywhere else??) Please email me directly and I'm happy to discuss. I'm sure we can figure out a way!
