you are holding your own - if you have some money you might want to try to find a restaurant consultant who can show you how to cut corners without cutting quality of service - he may also have some ideas as to how to draw more people to the bar - driving is a major factor today why less and less people go to bars think about having somebody pick up and drop off customers at their homes - (within a certain radius of the bar )
1o cent wing night - karaoke - 1 dollar domestics on wednesdays - ladies night - buyback every 3rd beer -live music - ( go to a bar that you know gets packed and see what they are doing ) college night - cheap pitchers draft beer - good munchies -

Try to advertise more or offer live entertainment. You can also offer something like $2.00 drinks to woman on "ladies night".
Woman will want to come because it is cheap and men will want to come because they know woman will be there.
