I LOVE problem solving (figuring out the best way to resolve situations, helping people find information they need, customer service type things). How can I turn this into a home-based business?

One idea I had was to help resolve customer service issues for small businesses. I am thinking of businesses like lawn services and contractors who don't have an office staff and don't have an office.

What do you think of this idea? If you own a small business, would you pay for a service like this?

Any other suggestions?

If you don't have a constructive suggestion, I would appreciate it if you don't answer this question.

Thank you!

Could someone recommend a good P&L Excel spreadsheet or program. I am looking for a spreadsheet where I can input all my income and expenses seperately, and then have the sheet convert that into a monthly P&L summary. I could do this myself with Excel, but it will take too long.....

Thanks

After comparing shopping at regular stores and wholesale stores I only found a few pennies difference. I think the only great thing is buying in bulk. Plus paying $40 for a membership is way over the top for a regular person (not business)YOU tell me.

At the store you always see people do the following. They look at something they want, there's a display showing everything that comes with or what's in the package, but people open it anyways. Then to make things worse, they don't buy the package they open, they buy one that's not been opened. So apparently they don't trust themselves enough to buy the one THEY opened. Anyone else notice this? I never understand it.

I am having a Gold Canyon candle party this weekend- I have a game with a story that uses the words left and right quite often and as I read the story the gift is passed in the appropriate direction when I read the word left or right. This is the only game I have played at a home party, besides having a drawing, do oyu have any other ideas for games or have you played a game at a home party that you particularly enjoyed? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I am looking for games specifically for a home based business party

I recently opened up a bank account at charter one. I want to set up an online account so I can check my balance online. The problem is I changed my pin from the original i just got. So i clicked on enroll now and put in my new pin and it says error, so i put in my old one and its fine. Then i realize i dont want it set up through my old one. How long will it take for the bank to recognize i have a new pin or do i have to tell them? Will it hurt having an extra one enrolled even though i didn't finish setting it up?

I woman comes into a clothing store and trys to return worn and shrunken items that she purchased about a week ago. You can tell by the smell and wrinkled labels that it was washed. She denies it. She wants her money back like Walmart she says would do. She has unruly children which run all over the store when she's there and believe me cause disruption. She is a student and works in an industry that could potentially hurt you PR wise because she is the loud mouth type. As the store owner, what would you do? Give her her money back. Refuse because they were washed and she lied about it. Maybe store credit equalling her past purchase. What as the store owner would you do??

Like if they leave the country, change they're name, and cant be traced. im sure the loan company doesnt want to spend a fortune on locating someone. Ive heard sometimes the amount spent to track someone down can be as much as the loan itself. With interest rates offered of say 7 or 8% how do they keep afloat?
