Choosing / selecting a business, starting, running and managing it well are the core questions. if you are thinking of just starting / registering a company, it is not a big issue at all.

To start, think of the scale of business / investments, location, sector of business, your age and exposure, dependable resources at your disposal and your personal likings and skills.

Put your business plans in black and white. Consult an appropriate advisor - if possible. Depending upon the specific business you zero in on, start working to give it a tangible shape and see it working.

Though the above outline is general in nature, there is need for a personal interaction to make suggestions for business specific.
