I am a 29yrd old female wife and mother of 2 boys and pregnant with my 3rd and last child a girl. I want my kids to have something to look forward to in the future so I have been thinking about starting a small snack shack at my home but am not sure how to begin. I'm just starting to get involved with a candle business and all I do is buy the candles from them and sell them so that I get a 100% profit. I was curious as to what are the steps to setting your business up at home to start with and getting advertisement. i even was thinking about mailing my information to people in the local area of my home if anyone knows how to find the address for locals in your area. If you know how or already have done this yourself please give me all the tips and starters for this. Thanks

My friend and I were sitting around drinking and came up with a phrase, and I've asked some friends of mine what they thought, and said they would definitely want or buy if they saw it. I'm in Michigan, the area around Detroit, I need a small business that can be on the cheap side to open, enjoyable, not toooo long hours, and brings in enough income over time that I can live nicely. I want one that I can run myself, maybe hire one employee. My interest was maybe a T-mobile, Cingular, or Verizon store. You know like a cell phone place. I have a buddy that owns one and he lives pretty good, he also runs it by himself with no trouble.......I need an answer please! HELP!

Our small office has 6 employees who are expected to work as a team to keep the areas maintained (emptying trash baskets, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, etc.). Unfortunately, one employee seems to end up doing everything, and we need an incentive program to fairly distribute the cleaning responsibilities. The bonus should also reflect employee performance as well as attendance. Any suggestions??
