I am wanting to have a hawiian luau birthday party for my 16th birthday. I'm trying to go as cheep as possible. Does anyone have any ideas for decorations that you can easily make or buy for cheep. My sister and i are starting a new business, and we are looking for help with chosing a name for it. Our business deals with event planning, like parties and weddings. Since we are sisters we would like the word sisters in our name, but if not oh well too. We have come up with three , Jollification's , Festive Occassion event planning and Celebrations event planning.

ok so i plan on starting my own business by selling and hosting adult parties. i was in one of my favorite sex shopes (A Touch of Romance) when i noticed that they are starting their own line of toys. i was wondering if i could get a contract and at my parties sell only their toys. would i make more money that way than doing it solo? and how do i get started? what do i need? would i have to get a re-sellers licens?

I need to file the paper work for an LLC/sole proprietorship.
I need to file the paper work to declare the money I made ($9525) and I have about 2200 in deductions.

I also need to figure out something on my personal taxes:
I also have a letter from the IRS about a W2- I got on April 15th after I sent im my efile already. I never filed an amended return so they are counting the $158.xx of federal taxes not paid as income for this year.

Those are the issues I got. I know that my revenue is for now pretty low so I don't have to worry about an instant IRS audit, but I don't want to ever get one so I want to have someone file this right the first time, and I'm pretty sure that I'm not that person.

Basically, the issue is whether I should file this as personal income, or file as a business. Either way I file I dont know the forms to fill out and if I did them myself the danger is that I dont know enough to catch my own errors. Which is why I need someone to do em for me.

I am Scottish and have been living in USA for over14 years I want to open a european cafe because there is nothing for british/scottish/irish food in our city there is 16% british/irish in just my neighbourhood we want to do it (my family want to be involved) but were do you start to get funding and to get people to take a chance on you?
