Depends where you set up shop. I know a family that runs a hot dog stand and only works one day of the week - at an agriculture auction. They make enough sales during the auction to more than carry them the rest of the week. The key is finding such a place.

If it was a one-man operation, it would probably fold. This place is a regular kitchen on wheels and offers fries made from scratch, hamburgers, hot dogs, fountain drinks, tea and coffee. There are two ordering windows, three people that do all the food preparations and one that keeps the stand supplied so that it runs smoothly without a hitch.

The auction is held in the evening around dinner time and usually goes well into the wee hours of the next morning. But the customers are farmers and their families - people with HUGE appetites.

I constantly like while they grill my bun. We had slightly warm canines joint down the line run by slightly previous woman and she or he constantly grilled the nice and comfy canines and bun which contain slightly butter. I do an analogous ingredient at homestead and that they are to die for! Grill your warm canines first then while its waiting throw slightly butter interior the pan/grill real and positioned the nice and comfy canines interior the bun, turn it over for a minute or 2 till its browned. the babies love 'em and so does each and every physique else. It makes them outstanding. Make some sturdy selfmade coleslaw and chli and you're in business enterprise! save it trouble-free! all the suited!
