The first thing to do is to check with your government on minimum wages. What they are in your area, and your profession could be different, so make sure you check as precise as you can. And don't forget the extras, if any. Do they provide lunch, a ride to and from work? Do they let you and your Friends ride the horses for free? Any of this kind of stuff can make a difference, too.

If the wage you are making is a "legal" wage and if you want to keep doing what you are doing, then you can usually get a raise by showing that you are good at it, going beyond what you are supposed to do helps as well, you know, go above and beyond. Make sure your employer knows you are willing to work for your money and that you'll take care of their needs for it.

After doing all of the above go in and talk to them like an adult or like a professional, simply ask "What can I do to make more money?"
Don't wine, complain or put an ultimatum to it. If you go in and say you want a raise or you quit, they'll probably say "ok, bye" and you wont have a job.

Good Luck

My daughter is 15 and works in a cafe on a Saturday and she gets paid £35 for working from 9am til 6pm and she also gets between £8 and £15 tips too - I would say you or your parents (if you dont want to approach the boss) should definately raise the issue with your work as no person no matter what age should be working for that - if they wont put your money up then i would suggest you look elsewhere

To win a rise you will have to gather evidence that others doing similar jobs to yours get paid more than you do. I have used this method twice and both times my employer could not argue with me and paid me more. Remember to be nice and polite when you ask and if they say no then I'm afraid you will have to find another job. Good luck.

That is not possible.
Your employer is breaking the law.
Are you paid cash in hand?
I think you must be.
If I were you, I'd ask nicely for a rise, explaining that your current pay is not legal.
If your boss refuses, call the police.
