It sounds feasable I dont see something unlawful approximately having different properties deliver your cash, except you plan criminallity then do not do it, i don't think of the inland gross sales will tax you yet you're able to ask them for propose.

I do not know if it is legel, as for being safe " I would say not " , as for tax I do not know but whould think you whould have to declare it
