You need to buy real quality espresso machine,
also brew coffee with clean, quality water (please).

I believe you would be sorted as a "food handler" from the city office, check with city and county office if you need any liscence.

Shopping malls usually rent their kiosk on month-to-month bases, probably it's okay not having experience running business. Get a good location even rent is higher, and try to stay one place as long as possible.

Good luck!!

I have done some research on opening Kiosks in the malls and have found that the contracts are mainly geared to the mall's benefit. You will need to sign a contract for a certain period of time and there is a substantial increase in rent during the months of Nov.-Dec. You will also need to have liability insurance.Call or go to the mall office and tell them what you are considering and they will walk you through the process. Don't hesitate to go and check it out. If it wasn't worth it, nobody would be doing it.

You will need to look at health and safety regulations and licences

I'll go there, pour myself a hot cup of coffee, accidentally pour it on myself, and sue you for absolutely every last dime you got. Looking forward to the grand opening!
