Paypay details? The only detail anyone needs is your email address associated with paypal. If you send to random addresses, it's called SPAM.

As a business person, I would seriously doubt that you would achieve anything but getting peoples backs up. People do not like spam, more to the point it is illegal. Its not really safe either, you have no idea who you are sending your details to. Plus, they won't send money to someone they have been spammed by, especially if they get nothing in return.

In the uk at least, there are many agencies that will give grants and loans to small and start up businesses. Thats how I funded mine. Go to business link (google it) and search on there. If you're not in the uk, there must be other similar agencies in your country. The DTI provide small business loans as long as your credit record isn't too bad, speak to your bank for more info as you need to apply through them.

In the uk, if you are self employed you do need to pay national insurance and maybe tax, depending on how much £ you get. You can get unbelievabley stung if you don't tell them. But on the other hand, you can claim tax allowances for 12 months and claim other things, depending on your circumstances.

Good luck though!

You only need to send a person your email address that you use to login to PayPal. That is all they need to know to send you money. So there really isn't any risk other than maybe not wanting everyone to know your email address.

I can't see how there is anything illegal about it. I wouldn't worry about taxes unless you really start getting some big donations.
