And what would be the laws for ny. like licences and whatnot . delivery for groceries like that and what if the person wanted beer would you have to have a liqour license for beer and can you deliver alcohol in ny. could you do this out of you home or not. and if yes how would you start? my husban and i wher drinking the other night and only had 2 but wanted more and thought how great it would be if there was a delivery for it but dont know how to start somd the lawsfor ny . and to start from your home .any help on this? I tryed searching for answers but very confusing.

I have three business locations in Tacoma and Seattle, WA and I need to stay ahead of the competition. I've tried radio, newspapers and direct mail (ValPak and MoneyMailer) but they are ridiculously expensive for the few customers each has directed to me so I want to try something new. Why do people want to charge an arm and a leg for shipping I would never charge more than a reasonable amount for shipping and sometimes i will even eat some of the shipping cost to sell an item cause im still making a profit??

I'm 19 years old. Throughout my WHOLE LIFE ...i've always wanted to work with children. Even when i WAS a child. When i was about 5 years old I used to tell my grandpa that when i grew up, i was going to have my own daycare at my house. I am going to school to get my associates in early childhood education, and i have been working at a childcare center since i was 16 years old (I will be 20 in may..about 4 years).

I want to stay in the infant-preK ages (0-5 years old)..so working at a daycare, as i am now, is ideal for me. However the pay isnt so great in this field. Opening my own home daycare sounds VERY appealing..for many reasons. Either way, i'll stay in this field.

What are the pros and cons of havnig my own home childcare center? as far as insurance and whatnot goes, how much $ would i probably be spending? --- i had the licenceing people send me out a packet, some of it is hard to understand.

any information, as much as you can give me, would be great.

I went to my county clerk and resgistered my business name and recieved the certificate.how can i get all the rights to my name not just exclusivley in my county i would like it state wide and if possible in the whole US.

I have written over 38 poems and I am really interested in getting them copywrited. My dream is to make pictures out of them and sell them.
