My father runs a business and has been doing great - very profitable. However, his business has only expanded to the nearby states. I'm thinking to bring his business online and expand it even more. I am a professional I.T. guy and have a lot of connections in different aspects - technical, marketing, sales and etc. I'm confident bringing this online will give a huge boost in the business. My father is an old skool guy. What can I do to persuade him to allow me to bring the business online? I'm preparing a lot of things and writing a proposal to him.

Writing and journalism have been my passion my whole life. My degree is actually in journalism. I've just realized that this is REALLY it, but I know it is going to require a lot of work. As a magazine publisher, I get to report again and write my own stories. I know that magazine publishing is a complex business and it is also very risky, but it's my dream and I'm going to do it. I'd just love to get some advice from you guys on ways to get started.

Well I accidently placed a UPS package in a USPS box accidently. I called them right after to tell them of the situation and they said they would take care of it. It's been a week already and the receiver hasnt confirmed the package has been received. From Chicago, IL to LAREDO, Texas. If it was to return to sender, I still haven't gotten it yet. Does it takes this long?
