I'm starting a home inspection business but am not sure which is better. An LLC or an SCorp?

I don't have much capital to start with so I'm looking for the best but least expensive way to start it up. Any ideas?

LLC was a better option for my small construction company. Many business are going to limited liability company!

Go to your state's website under business or economic section and they usually have helpful information about starting a business. I personally would choose an S-Corp.
