i have a great business idea but my credit is bad and very little money,is there any where i can go.

I used to be hearing, I was a certified sign language interpreter for 28 years, until last year when I went deaf. I can no longer interpret, obviously, and for my own financial stability, would like to start a small business utilizing my and my husband's crafts (we are both quite talented--myself with soft sculpture, sewing and quilting, he with welded art and woodworking.) I would like to know what is out there in the way of grants that would help me get started. Any suggestions?

I am looking to make a lot of items and would like to get a discounted rate. I am not familiar with wholesale and what I have to do in order to purchase items at the discounted rate.

I would like to start taking cases in Arkansas, but would I actually have to register as a PLLC? Would I still be able to get clients, take money (specifically retainers), etc., without being a PLLC?

In the alternative, if I did have to register as a PLLC, would I have to have an actual physical address? I would prefer to just use my PO box, especially since I have not acquired office space. I would actually be accepting clients on a part-time basis, doing research at the library or at home, until I could afford to get office space. I would really prefer not to have to get a permit to use my house as a business.

Are there any alternatives that I am just not aware of? Any help is appreciated.

the transfers action is from me to business company.

i want to know how much it cost per transaction. where can i find the lowest cost to do the international wire transfers?

I know Bank of America is like $45 per transaction

and BankAtlantic is $ 40.

What type of artwork are people wanting designed on t-shirts to sell? Also, how much would one be willing to pay for a design they just purchase online, dowload and print themselves onto t-shirt transfers? How much for exclusivity on a design?

its a bead/ glass art store. . . . the owner likes to think people will buy anything so she sells anything. . . theres everthing for 25 cent temp tattoos to 2 $1675 glass art peices. . . . she wont listen to me. plus its located next to a $1 shop! they are crazy busy all the time and we hardly have people coming in the door! Our building has a tennant leaving. This leaves us with a big room (25X40) and two offices free for our use. about half of that space needs to go to storage and one office needs to go to be a new survey office. But the rest we would be glad to use to provide a benefit to our employees (~25 people)

Our best thought is to build a dividing wall and put a workout room in half of the big room. Stairsteeper, treadmill and a weight station. Oh yes and a TV.

Can you think of any other ideas that a ~20x25 space could be used for? I'm not sure if many people will actually use it. Or what would be your best suggestions for a workout room?

Also - It has a small bathroom, but no shower. We are in a small town and I figure people who work out at lunch or break wont need a shower and anyone who does a big workout after work can run home for a shower since plumbing is expensive. Any thoughts on that?
