How do I start my own business ?

I want to open a cafe and I need to know the requirements as for as city permits and obtaining a liquor license.What are the first things i need to do to get it started? I already have the building for my cafe.

Go to you local town hall and they will tell you what permits you will need, also do a business plan to make sure you have worked out the costs involved.
