i want to know what kind of certificate i need whther it is private or government authority.

A diploma is fine but i reckon you need a masters degree ukno. Learn the ropes of running a business and the do's and don'ts.
the objective is to stay in business to profit and to grow.
And not lose out, go bankrupt, and not know a thing about the steps of changing, with the changing world.
The kind of certificate you need has to be government approved.
Learn your Macro and Micro environments and the demographics of your own marketing plan before you even go there.

You can just use your first name for now. As you make more money, then look at a company structure. Don't get too fussed until you make money because most don't make money and just worry for nothing. It's better to worry about money with money than without money.
