What is needed to open a Title company in south florida?

I have an MBA and am acquiring my mortgage broker license, now in January. What steps(Courses etc.,) do I need to take to open a title company?

Check with the Bureau of Licenseing that issued you your Broker license and see. If you've never worked in the industry before, I'd suggest working with a bigger outfit first and learning the ropes.
