yes you can but remember
"Location, Location, Location" that is everything. If it is in the hood, no body is coming because of the crime and fear of being shot, raped, robbed or killed.
then you need a really good business plan and do research on the giggilo nearby so you will know what to do to attract new customer and probably their customers too.
it will be very profitable because sex sells
