I ordered something from http://www.infomercialcentral.com and they have given me the run around. They sd the product would be here in 2-4wks and it's not here. On top of that they gave me a bogus tracking number and now when I call, the name of the company has changed w/a new website: http://www.buymakeover.com Is there a way to get my money back? I'm 100% certain they did not ship and don't plan to ship anything to me.

I want to hire my car out to a firm, and want to make a legal agreement so that the money is guaranteed and has a legal standing in court (if things go pear-shaped). How will I be able to do this without going through a solicitor? The agreement will have to include things such as mileage, parking tickets etc so that I am completely covered.

my boyfriend helped me open my own business.he payed the decoration,machinery and everything that needed to start the place.We had a contract which says i will pay the rent and we will share the winnings and LOSSES 2gether by 60%percent me and 40%him.I will be running the place only myself.What do u think of these conditions?are they fair?and did he help me cos he loves me or is it just businness?

I am starting up a distribution company for exclusive alcohol such as Crystal and Krug. I need to get a name to finalise the company and hopefully someone out there can help me!

Hi I'm 18 and got my license a year and a half ago. My brother is trying to convince me of investing some money I inherited in a trucking business. I know nothing about the business, but my bro is a truck driver for a multi-million dollar company and is trying to help me get started in the business. He wants me to buy the truck/insurance/and worker's comp. insurance and pay him 25 an hour. Reason why i want to list my item rather than ebay:-
1. New policy wants sellers to be verified paypal user (this is how ebay wants to be the only online player)
2. New policy of crossborder communication (they want to make more money to list for seller to list at other sites)
3. Yearly increase of listing fees, sold fees etc.. (so many fees)
4. Customer service- treat all sellers or buyers like they own us.
(ask our personel details, Credit card, home address, phone numbers, etc2. )

I'm an illustrator who was just working for myself, when my work just started getting more and more and I hired some help, and I almost merged with another buisness, but I decided not to and now, well, without really realizing it, i've started a buisness.
