Well, an entrepreneur is nurtured 1. by talents. 2. Not by books. 3. Not by classes. 4. By the environment that forces one to strive and emerge out of the poor situation/s.
Eg of the above reference. 1. Bill Gates. 2.Enron's Management. 3. Richard Lee . 4/ Lee Kai Shing.

it is the ability to organise the factors of production i.e land labour and capital.
e.g running your own bussiness basically.
Arguably it grows via 'ploughback' or re-investing profits back into the business (rather than buying a Mercedes).
Or alternatively 'borrowing' money to invest or selling shares.
