I ordered something from http://www.infomercialcentral.com and they have given me the run around. They sd the product would be here in 2-4wks and it's not here. On top of that they gave me a bogus tracking number and now when I call, the name of the company has changed w/a new website: http://www.buymakeover.com Is there a way to get my money back? I'm 100% certain they did not ship and don't plan to ship anything to me.

How did you pay for it - Paypal or your credit card?

If Paypal, or other on-line payment agency, contact them, and explain the situation. You may get your money back. In addition, if your used a credit card to pay, when the bill for the merchandise arrives, dispute the charge. The major cards will immediately "hold" all payments to the company.

Another avenue that you could pursue would be your State's Bureau of Consumer Affairs, and/or the State's Attorney General (find them in the yellow pages).

Also, you can contact the FBI, Consumer Fraud Division, to report the incident.
