Contact a product development agency (or better, contact a university that offers degrees in inustrial design, product development, or the like) and talk to them about your ideas.

It's possible if you got a good professor to speak with, he could propose a budget to the college for his students to use your idea as a project for the coming semester, or as a senior level course, and pay you for usage of the idea.
