Years ago I was given a gift. It was 1 square inch of land in Ireland. I lost the deed. I was told that it was purchased from the Rolling Stone magazine. I wish I knew and if I could request a copy of the deed. I was also told that it would be flagged with my name on it. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I live in a 4 apt. complex facing another 4 apt. complex which all have garages, but everybody has their garages filled with junk and park in front of them which makes the driveway really tight and difficult for me to park inside my garage. it looks like a used car lot! also, the one downstairs neighbors in our apt. has all the mailboxes on their wall and they park their mini suv car right in front of the mailbox! what can i do?

When selling a house for about $800,000, how much money would the government profit out of it? Like would they get a large amount of money off of the house?

I've been renting for 22 months and the house was up for sale 3 weeks after we moved in by another agent. Is this right? Don't you think it's a fault advertising trying to get someone to rent a house? Very annoying with the inspection as I have a 2 year old boy and I am also working. I have been complaining to the rental agency but nothing happened, what can I do? I have also called REIQ but again nothing can be done only if I take them to the tribunal court. Any suggestions?

I've been trying to find a small 1 or 2 bedroom house to rent in either Walton or Newton County, but I cannot seem to find hardly any online listings for under 900 dollars, and most of the ones I see are bigger than I would probably want anyway with at least 2 or 3 bedrooms. Is this something that I'm just going to have to drive around to find or are there really no 1 bedroom houses out there for less than 900 or 800 dollars per month?

I may have to begin eviction proceedings because of late rent. Can I sue for the remainder of the lease agreement? They are two months in, however this is a college rental and it would be impossible to find new tenants if I evict them.

My husband and I closed on our home yesterday and we really want to move in this weekend. How long does it usually take to fund and record so we can get the keys? We're in Lehi, UT and we closed at 4:30pm yesterday. Our house was $245,000 if that's important. Thanks!

I'm just wondering why that is. All the real estate offices around me advertise that they are always hiring. I've never seen a period where they are not trying to get new employees. Why is that?

We have 2 mortgages, ARM and a 30 yr fixed. It's been 3 years since we started, but we barely scratch the principal ($50,000) for the ARM. Is 15 yr fixed a better solution to refinance our ARM? Or should we just pay extra towards principal monthly? How much extra dollars do we need monthly to pay it off in 5 years? We are paying $502.45 monthly now, and that's just for interest. Thank you.

The scheme works where you can be offered 30% towards the house price. We will find out on Wednesday if we have the funding. We've seen a house we want but it is been withdrawn at 17.00 Monday by the estate agents as the solicitors are acting for a deceased person's estate. Best bid wins. Can we bid and then withdraw on wednesday if our funding is not received without any legal costs? This is a UK question

If they can qualify for a mortgage, they will buy it.. But, if they don't, they will move out and we already know that the house is trashed inside, not to mention the outside hasn't been taken care of at all, (weeds everywhere). There are stains all over the carpet, would have to be repainted and mold in the basement. And these are things that we know of right now, I'm sure there is more damage that we don't know of yet. When they signed the lease, the house was immaculate. Fixing it up and trying to sell it would be difficult in Michigan's economy. They have been behind in payments during their lease and have a large amount of late fees that they want us to just take out of the security deposit. The deposit doesn't even begin to cover the damages that we would need to repair. What can we do if they don't buy it?

Here's my questions.. Do you think it's a good idea? Do you think poeple would be willing to buy a bottle of bubble back for 4$ for a fundraiser?
