Im going to buy a mobile home from the owner?

What kind of paper work do I need to have prepaired, it's a rent to own so I have to do a rent agreement also... Where do I get this stuff, I font want to pay anyone... I just want to do it my self

Why? A MH in a park is the worse RE investment you can make. MH's are similar to cars, they depreciate in value, especially if they aren't on their own land.

You can ask a local title company for the forms and disclosures, but they won't have a rent to own agreement. Since there are so many landmines in rent to own, you should have an attorney draft that. Yes, you will have to pay someone, but it will be money well spent. Rent to own can be loaded with pitfalls. The owner wants to protect the commodity and if you make a mistake, you are out with no recourse.

You have good intentions, but at some point you have lose the mentality of being penny wise and pound foolish.

It's a loaded question, since you noted it is in a park, the park mgr. can direct you to the paper work. If not ,go to the public library, they will make copies, for a small fee. But first check the value on the mobile home. You can call green tree finance, ford credit as to what they will loan. Give them the make and model w/square footage. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
