I am sorry for your situation. You probably have 6 months until you get evicted.Just make sure you keep up on the utilities because they can shut off service after 90 days late.Keep your head up,better days are ahead.

Foreclosure process are dictated by your state. Different states have different laws specifying time. Some states the bank only needs to make public the information that the house is being repossessed (i.e. a newspaper ad). Other states require a more lengthy legal process requiring a judge to sign off on things. That can take several months to get through the courts system.

You have to be 3 months behind before they file for foreclosure. That process can take 3 to 6 months to complete. Just be out before they change the locks or they get to keep all your stuff.
It might not be the most fun idea, but it sounds like you need to get a 2nd job so you can afford to live on your own.

Six months but keep current on utilities. It stinks badly. I lost a house due to a divorce but keep working on keeping things positive. Esp if kids are invovled. It will take awhile to get your feet back on the ground but just keep working on it. Best of luck.

Depends on who your mortgage company is. If it's your intention to get evicted, be aware that ANY connection you have to your soon to be ex will be reflected on your credit report.

This is a sad situation, but you're getting ready to sink deep into a bad credit hole.
