I have a 9 month contract with a real estate broker - is there a way that I can get out of that contract and still be able to sell my house this year? The way that the r/e agent explained the contract was that I must honor it for 9 months + I think 3 or 6 more months after that (in case someone who came to her open house chooses to purchase the home at a later time)

I've posted a simular question here before and received mixed and vague answers. I live in North Central, Pennsylvania and want to move to an economic hotspot in the South to better my family's life. I wanted to raise my children in my hometown, but financial hardships have made my decision to move a necessity. One reason I want to move further south is to avoid winter heating costs. I lived outside of Camp Lejeune, NC when I was stationed there. I liked the area but have no desire to move my family to a military town. I need help to find a location so I can research job and home opportunities online. I'm a blue-collar worker and would like you to consider this when posting answers, as I do not want to live as an outsider in someones posh neighborhood. I would also like to see answers about rural area with commutes to towns/cities with bustling growth. Please answer with truthfulness and sincerity, My Family's life depends on it.

This is the 3rd time im asking this question, Im not asking about court removal, can you please answer the last question in my post.

As i said in an earlier question I live in PA and Im a landlord and they lease agreement with my tenents has ended.

I wish to move back into my house, but they wont leave, now some people told me about getting a a removal through the court, but why would i have to do that, the lease is expired they dont have any legal right to be there.

I understand that the police cant or wont do anything, and i cant remove them myself BUT can i move ontop of them??

I mean they cant show any act legal document that says they can be there.

So can I move there with them still there, Its my house i have the deed, and they have nothing.

Ill just move there invite 10 of myfriends and have a nice, but quiet party. For the next 3 days :)

Can i do this, I wont touch them or their stuff I wont even talk to them.

My wife and I have a combined income of $50,000.00. We want to buy a manufactured home as well as a piece of land with utility hookups available to put it on. We are looking for one loan to cover two purchases. Since I've never bought a home before can I get a loan from the government and if so how do I go about getting it?

We want to put an offer down for a house that needs alot of cosmetic work. We wanted to know how it works when people need the extra money to fix up the house before being able to live in it. We don't have that much money to put upfront to fix the house and I'm sure other people are in the same situation. Is there a way, when applying for a mortgage, to get extra money, or how does that work?

Through a real estate agent, I negotiated a price for monthly rental on a house. I signed a contract, drawn up by the agency, for that price. The owner then decided that the price was incorrect by $25. The agent changed the monthly rental fee on the contract that I had signed, addfixed her signature and sent me a copy.

Now, I find due to a work relocation, I must move, and the agent is claiming that I am responsible for the rent on the house until, and if, they are able to re-lease it.

My question is: is that contract with the rental price changed binding? Am I legally obligated to pay the rent even after I vacate the premises?

Our mortgage balance is $270,000 with $50,000 in a HELOC. With the market the way it is, we feel we need to sell now or we might find ourselves stuck in our condo for a very long time. By selling our condo for $360,000 (that might even be wishful thinking), we can use the profit to pay off debt and free up about $1200 of monthly expenses that can be put toward saving up for a house later down the line. Of course, we'd have to go back to renting and lose out on tax benefits, but saving $1200 a month sounds pretty good to us, too. We feel by selling and paying off a considerable amount of debt, we can have a fresh start and strengthen our credit so that we can purchase later down the line. What do you guys think?

I signed a new lease for another new area to live on the 27th of June. The landlord has already given me the keys to the new place and stated he would pay half the months rent for July. But he also stated that I can move into the new place at anytime and rent will start in August. The dilenma here is my apartment where I currently live just recently had my lease end and I am now on a month to month agreement. I wanna move by the 6th of July and only pay the rent pro rated for those days. Or what could be the consequences of moving and not paying at all. I gave a thirty day notice on the 29th. Could anyone have an answer to this

We are purchasing a townhouse that is under construction. We thought we had bought the one with the specs of the model. Not so much...lol. Anyway, we like the one we are buying but really like the other one. Is there any way we can upgrade to the other one without losing our earnest money? We are scheduled to close the first week in August. Also, how would this affect our financing?

I don't know the address, I saw a number on a tree in front of the , so I'm assuming that's the house number , I'm trying to do a search with that number and the road the house is on, but nothing is coming up.
The area is really rural and probably about one or two other houses about 3 or more miles away, the house has been abandon for over 3 years now, it's a huge farm house with a huge barn and about 15 acres or more of land.
I will like to rent this house or possibly buy it, is there anyway online that i can find out who owns this house or even get an address on it. It's in Otsego County NY, Possibly Morris or Laurens Town/Village.

When looking to purchase a piece of land you may want to put a modular home on... but yet you cant because they say restricted to stick built only... is there a reason for this?
