I had a person come to our door the other day, wanting to just look at our house. I told him that he must see our Realtor and make an appointment to see it. He insisted that he didn't have time and was really interested in our house and would just like to go through it quick! ! * jeez.

We have rented a house out for the past year and have given the tennant 2 months notice, she is a DHSS tennant and we get money through her not the council. Her cheque bounced this month and rent is now nearly 3 weeks late. We have received a text today saying she has spoken to her support worker and has decided we can use the deposit as this months rent.

We are fuming! How dare she communicate by text and then try to use the deposit which is to cover any wear/tear or damage to the property!

She never answers the phone and is never in if we go round. We are selling the property so need her out wiht as little trouble as possible, she has never paid her rent on time either!

Any idea's? Anyone been in this situation before and can help get her out swiftly?

Please help me!

Washington Mutual is foreclosing on my home of 20 years after 2 years of pulling one stunt after another- "losing" payments, buying property insurance and trying to charge me for it when I already had insurance, paying property taxes before they were due when my mortgage was not set up for escrow, refusing payments because I woulsn;t pay late charges they claimed I owed... I have been hearing some really bad things about WaMu both from brokers trying to refinance my mortgage and from online research. Anyone else who has had this kind of trouble with a WaMu mortgage???

I am buying a townhome in Virginia, four lots are available. The first lot has a Southern exposure for the front of the townhome and Northern in the back; the second has Western in front and Eastern in back; the third an Eastern in front and Western in back; and the last one has a Northern exposure in the front and Southern in the back. How should I rank these lots in terms of the best vs worst to invest in? Thanks.

My GF and a friend of hers are leasing a house.. And both really want to move out. The commute from where they work to where they live is over 60 miles each way. The lease they signed says they will come after them for the money if the lease is broken.. AND the a landlord has even said so much when one of them asked is there anyway they can break the lease. It seems like it's not right for someone to HAVE to live somewhere just because they signed there name to something. I understand it's a legal document and all, but there has to be a way out of this, no ???

They have to do something about this otherwise more defaults are going to happen. Do you think they are going to create some breaks on mortgage financing, such as lowering rates and offering 50 year fixed loans, so many people are able to afford the payments. Or are they just going to let more borrowers go into foreclosure? If this continues to happen, we may see a depression coming in the near future.

I have been asking every one I know about how to purchase real estate but, they either think that they can tell me anything but, I have common sense,I have an average job but i just need someone who is serious to point me in the right direction. Can anyone help me? thankyou all. P.S. I do not want to find out 30 years later like I think my so called friends want me to. You would think that someone these days would try to help people but, again we cannot make all the money in the world or every one would starve to death.

We have been on the market for a few weeks with an agent that we signed a 3 month contract with. Straight after we signed he was impossible to get in touch with, he forgot about one of our appointments, said the front of our house looks "****", told to do all communication through his assistant and other agent there, the sign board for the front of the house was suppose to go up "tomorrow" for 10 days when finally we had enough. So we asked if we could "mutually" terminate the contract and we will pay all money owing for advertisment. He agreed after 2 days but said we had to convince his wife, she agreed after she heard all that we had gone through. Then for 12 days they tried to put it off, this friday my hubby went there with the cheque and the agent said "its not going to happen" my hubby said that he will write about this then the agent said "youll get the **** kicked out of you". We called the cops to report it and wondering what do we do now? HELP.
