We told them what we needed to pay off the mortgage, and they still popped back a figure to us that was $20,000 less than what we need. Can I even think they will up their offer $20,000 to our asking amount?

I went home and checked my lease. "Landlord shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this agreement to enter the premises for the purpose of inspection..."

What is reasonable times? With this said in the rental agreement can she just come by at any time and demand to come in? Or does she have to give some notice?

she also served us with papers yesterday, saying we did not pay our rent (Its not due until 01 Sep, All rent is paid up-to-date) and broken contract (the fact that we told her to come back tomorrow at 1)

the landlord came up with 312/mnth but i think it's wrong cause 72*4=288 and(72*52)/9=416...the contract starts 19/sept and ends 23/june

It seems that unless you make over 100,000 a year, you can't buy a home or barely even live here. It's ludicrous, I wonder why Real Estate is so out of reach for young families.

This was filed in California giving 50 percent of my property to my daughter and son-in-law, done without my consent, done without my knowledge, was not signed by me, recorded without being notarized, recorder's office said "oops" but my responsibility to correct because it would cause a cloud on title. Son-in-law is trying to "buy me out" by giving me 1/2 of my equity. I want to sell, have ready buyer, how can I undo this fraudulent Quit Claim without their knowledge and sell with a clear title. There is a mortgage on the property, I have paid 100 percent of all costs, payments, utilities, insurance, etc.

I want to find a new (1st) home. We have been living like homeless people long enough and now that we are both working I think we are ready. But the prices around here are so high. Is there any way to buy a foreclosed home without paying to see a list? I feel like these are all scams, It says you can see foreclosed homes and then it says "to go further you must join" or something like that. I want to have access but not pay for it. You would think these banks would want to get rid of them ASAP so why charge money to get access to foreclosures? Any advise?

but soon after we bought it I decided to go back to Australia so there has been no one at the house for almost a year now. I dont know if there are taxes that we should be paying that I dont know about. We have a mortgage and pay some through that but are there fees to pay to the city council or anything like that?

hi, im 17 and turning 18 in a few months. first tthing i wanna do is get a credit card so i can start building my credit history. i been researching on flipping houses and i want to start if i find the right house. what i want to know is how hard would it be for me to get a 140k loan when im 19. by 19 i might have around 20k in the bank. my mom and dad has good credit. my 10k car is in my moms name so it can be collateral. were upper middle class. if they were a cosigner would it still be hard to get it? they still have 3 years to pay off our house would that be a problem getting a loan? if it even matters my parents house is valued at 450k. so what do you guys think.
