you could. it may be a touch extra sturdy because you're overseas, yet you almost genuinely can do this because all they care about is getting their money on time. I knew those who own homes in Mexico and that i even knew someone whose mothers and fathers owned a house in France someplace. And those human beings stay in California. wish this helps.
