I called a couple of banks and they said that they don't have a list and
to just check the internet. But that just gets me to square one. The listings on the net are very vague and have misinformation that lead me nowhere. I'm going crazy...Please help

assuming u dont plan children, and u dont get excited about the idea of having your own home in 30 years when u r too old for most things anyway, why would u bother with mortgage hassle?

i know we r conditioned to own, but what for ???

anyway investing in funds etc is more flexible and more hassle-free if u have to allocate cash somewhere...no ?

Is there a way to evict without having actual deed? It may take 6-8 weeks to receive the sheriffs deed. The sheriff will evict but that takes at least 2 months from confirmation of sale. I want to use local municipal court which is much quicker. Is a writ of possession from sheriff enough in an eviction?

now property market is overvalued so much that if u do not have to buy (children, etc) it is wiser to wait until property bubble burst, then buy ?

at least mortgage payments would be lower then renting, now it is oposite...

I purchased a home and later found that a known problem existed at the time of the sale. The seller had made attempts to repair the problem. The Property Disclosure Form required that the owner disclose any attempted repairs to this specific item in the previous 5 years. The prior owner is now claiming that their realtor told them not to disclose the problem. Does this absolve the seller from liability? The real estate contract clearly says that the realtor is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. I think it is rediculous that they are trying to use advice from the realtor as an excuse. Also, the statute of limitations is not an issue in this case. Thoughts?

SInce being laid off I have been looking for work, but havent found anything in my field. But in the meantime I want to buy a flat and let it, as the rental income should take care of the mortgage. Are there any lenders out there who provide this kind of mortgage? Please give sources for your answers where possible.

I had a Good Faith Estimate done and on line 801 (the Loan Origination Fee is 1.250% of the loan which is $5,630.00).

At the bottom of the Good Faith Estimate Form, where it says Compensation to Broker (Not Paid Out of Loan Proceeds): it says: YSP Up to 3% Paid by Lender to Broker. Doesn't the Mortgage Broker get the paid the Loan Origination Fee amount? or is this what the bank charges.

Help ASAP. Also, does anyone know what I should and should not be paying on these forms?

I am a recently divorced mother looking for a place to live in Orange County, California. Catch, I have a bankruptcy on my record. I currently pay rent and have on time for 6 months plus. I have references and a good paying job. I have till this weekend to be out of my current "slum" home. It's bad and to top it off, my 4 year old is Autistic & Hearing impaired. Makes searching a bit harder when we live in San Diego. That's about 100 miles south of Orange County. WE NEED HELP and our time is running out. Help us. We need a 3 bedroom for max $2500. We can pay a deposit and 6 months rent up front. I have enough saved to make the move and pay our rent.

Thank you,
Melissa Smith

Would any of you play a online game where the focus is to buy and sell realestate?

It would be for fun and you woulnt need to know alot about the real estate market.

Would you play if you could win real money?
