Can't do it online. You have to report to your local housing authority and fill out there mountain of paperwork. Then good luck. Depending on your status you might wait a while for the privilege and good luck finding a decent place that accepts section 8.

No place to do it online, you have to go down to the office like everyone else. Welcome to the process of being poor, you'll spend more time in their offices than you will at work.
