My landlord installed a sprinkler system and waters the grass constantly. Water costs more than gas and electric. How do I handle this!?

money for a down payment to get a FHA Loan? Is there a way to get the loan if I have absolutly no money saved? If not is it wise to get another loan for the down payment or just wait and save. If I must have money for a down payment, how much would be the minimum?

I REALLY want this apartment, and can totally afford it but my credit score is only 612 and my rental history has many late payments over the course of 2 years (thanks to a bum roommate). I have no criminal record and my salary is over 3 times the rent. What are my chances of getting approved and should I say anything about these issue before applying? The unit is not a large commercial building.

I'm single, but I want to buy property. Should I buy now or wait until I meet a woman who wants to buy as well. I don't earn a lot of money at the moment, but I've got enough for a deposit. If I start renting this might get used up. Not sure what to do.

I am so stressed over buying a home I dont know what to do? I have only been doing it for a couple of months but the past few weeks I have been getting nothing but migraines from this off again on again process. The Brokerage company only seems to be dealing with this one bank and they are so lazy with debating my wants and needs. I know that I am nothing but a number and a new pair of shoes for most of these people but there has to be a better way than this. I have given them every piece of information except my DNA and they still dont seem to be satified, I have been trying to close for over a month and they say one thing but draw a contract for another, please help; what should I do???

I have sold my house. Offered on the one I want.
The first time buyers came back to me and got me to reduce the price (after the survey) I didn;t want to but because I want the other house did it.
Now my vendors are refusing to move this week - insisting on the 25th. If we don't move this week (18th) then my first time buyers are threatening to pull out.

If the sale collapses then we will be left with solicitors fees etc. I would really like to move this week as my husband is due to go back to basra on the 24th and we can't go into rented for a week as we have four dogs.

Any advice ???

Now that he is leaving, I want to take over the mortgage but don't know where I stand. Does he have to pay off half of the debt or half of what has already been paid?
