It is quite easy to determine the income limits, however, you will need to identify the applicable county. HUD issues income limits on an annual basis by metropolitan and nonmetropolitan counties.

HUD makes the income limits available at the following website: www.huduser.org. Click on Data Sets on the left side of the screen and then income limits on the right side. You'll first need to find out which MSA/PMSA area the county is located in and then look up the income limits for the MSA/PMSA. If you can't figure it out and If you tell me the county, I'll look it up for you.
