Good luck. The market is really bad right now. I would wait until next year and see how it is.

The depends upon the location. You should first find the value of undeveloped acreage in your area. Then find comparable homes in your area that have recently sold. A combination of these two numbers should tell you approximately what your home is worth. I would also suggest you call an experienced local real estate agent and tell them you are considering selling. They will be happy to come out and do a quick estimate and a non-binding quote. You won't have to sign anything nor pay anything for this. Be aware that the agent is doing this service in hopes that if you do decide to sell, you will allow them to represent your and your property, so pick on you like!

Hope this helps and good luck!

i would talk to a Realtor. that seems awfully cheap. i bet its worth at least double if not triple that. in most parts of the country you cant even get a 5 bedroom house on a 50 by 100 lot for less then 140,000

An easy way to check is to look at the county appraiser web site and look at homes in your area that have sold recently...if you give me the information on what county you are in I could do a little looking up.

North Central Florida, $80K is probably too low for what you are describing, but you need to look at the prices local houses are going for where you are.
