My father am talking about is a person of 49 yrsold who strive for himself and his wife inciuding the children to make it in life but all his efforts on his family allmost faild. We have hope in God who maid heaven and hearth and make us have hope in him. Ibeleive strongly that it shall be well. Thank you.

that they will be faxing an offer over that night. I didn't receive the fax offer that night and the next morning I called the Realtor and he said that he would be sending the offer shortly. Well, two days later I still have not received the offer to Purchase my home from this Realtor?

Does this normally happen in the Real Estate World?

Should I give the Realtor another phone call to check up on the status of this offer?

I really don't want to call again and look to desperate and get a lower offer.

Suggestions on what I should do?

For 3 years I've been getting HB and failing to declare an allowance (i.e. fairly regular cheques) from my parents. I now realise that an allowance is counted as income. So what's the worst they can do, please?

I am in a lease to own house. I am buying from the owner. She took out a loan against the house after our agreement, she won't sign any papers that say it is mine.she won't fix anything, she is adding interest that hasn't been agreed upon, the list is long. He does all those infomercials for a real estate company selling dirt cheap land in Washington, Oregon and Arkansas..... offering free plane tickets and hotel stay if you'd like to visit. So anyone actually go and buy land?

Are they worth the $29k? Or are they just crap.
