3 bedrooms, 2 bath $950 a month mort. but we refinanced when it was REAL low. About 1650 sq. feet in austin TX, actually outside Austin in Pflugerville. We could afford something a bit swankyer but I don't want to move. I like my neighbors and my school, plus I am comfortable here in a place where families are stilled valued. My neighbors wil come and tell me "I saw your little Joshua riding his bike in the street!" I don't live in the fanciest neighborhood but I live in a neighborhood where ppl still care!

A suburb 35-40 mins away from Boston Massachusetts (with traffic)...two bedroom one bath 2nd floor apartment...
$1200.00 a month! Includes heat. hot and hot water...
I pay for electricity.
This is the market rate for an apartment here. The closer you get to Boston, the higher the prices are.
Massachusetts is EXPENSIVE!
