go to EQUILIZATION. you can make a call to them. they are the only ones that with just the address you can find the info. Equilization can also tell you if their taxes go to another mailing address so you can contact them! register of deeds can not give you the info you want. they only have access to recorded documents (deeds, quit claims, mortgages... etc)

A homeowner must pay property taxes to the county auditor. Those are public records. Call the county auditor or taxing office and they should be able to release the info to you.
