Has anyone actually bought land from Erik "Ponch" Estrada?

He does all those infomercials for a real estate company selling dirt cheap land in Washington, Oregon and Arkansas..... offering free plane tickets and hotel stay if you'd like to visit. So anyone actually go and buy land?

Are they worth the $29k? Or are they just crap.

I have seen the ads, but have not been to see the land. I would avoid Arkansas unless you are native to the area, different culture
