And how many cards does the average person have?

I did the bank of America 0% APR offer for balance transfers. I recently made my payment
but I was one day late. It was because whenever I went online their online system would
always give an error message saying currenty unavaliable when i view my balance and when I
view my balance it finally said it was overdue. Anyone ever had any luck in having Bank of
America giving back the 0% APR and possibly reversing late fees and finance charges?

There's this US registered company based in Clinton, Tennessee that buys and sells products/goods online. We sold them goods worth around $2500 two months ago. We have tried to contact them a number of times through phone and email but until now there has been no payment. What is the best way to get them to pay us? I am willing to spend $1000 to recover this amount.

Like and idiot I co-signed for my ex-fiance's car note. Long story short the wedding never happened, and now I no longer want to be listed on the note. Is there a way to remove myself from it? Thanks.

Does it work? How often does it work?

I know that I have an account in collections and that I owe them money... One is for $43, one is for $64, and the last is for $1,349. However, I know that I can threaten to sue them if they dont reply in 30 days to wipe the bad credit based under the FDCPA rules.

So, how often does debt validation work?

I recently got an American Express Blue Card. I have had it for about two months and have only made 2 payments on it (it is paid off in full). I got this card so I could transfer the points to my Hilton account. I just realized AMex also has a Hilton Card that would earn me 2 points instead of 1 per dollar. I am thinking I'd like to cancel Blue and go with that one. Would this have a big affect of my score? Suggestions?

This website says that third party companies who buy credit card debt are not legally entitled to it because the consumer did not enter into a contract / agreement with the third party. For this reason, it says, the debt doesn't have to be paid to a third party once it's been charged off. Consumers need to be careful about sending a single payment after that point, because the "clock starts ticking again" as far as the debtors being able to hound you.
